This place was clean, attractive, and located perfectly for an initial Chicago excursion. Within walking distance from the river boat tour, close to the pharmacy and convenience stores (across the street), serves up an excellent breakfast daily, with Gym/pool access. This is my go to Chicago spot.

The location was prime and located amongst major sites, super markets and restaurants. Also of note is how easy it was to get there from OHare. The room had amenities like a microwave, wet bar, refrigerator, and tea/coffee machine that were super useful. Breakfast was sooooo good, varied and way better than a standard hotel breakfast (the omelet station was fabulous, as well as all of the options for cereals, fruits, sweeteners for coffees, etc. Lastly, the nightly happy hour with drinks and small bites was such a welcome surprise! (Also want to point out that the fitness center was better than I anticipated). When I come back to Chicago to visit, I will certainly stay at Embassy Suites! Also, shout out to Alma at the front desk, she was so sweet and welcoming.

Location was excellent! Very nice interior. Not a good view, parking garage, wish that was in the description, but still we didn’t spend much time at hotel as we went site seeing most of the time. Good, safe location, with an amazing breakfast and Paris dessert cafe and Paris little niche store across the street.

The front desk staff were very helpful and informative upon check-in. When we got to our room it was very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The happy hour complimentary drinks are a plus! Usually complimentary drinks aren’t the best but these drinks are amazing!

Everything was great. Great room, very spacious. Love the sofa bed and especially loved the extra mirrors & sinks. Great breakfast, as well. Hotel lobby & middle section of hotel is beautiful. Definitely going back!
